FUN AND FRIENDLY GROUP YOGA CLASS IN SOUTHAMPTON.
Join us in February for a 6 week beginners yoga course, ideal for everyone regardless of body type, age, level of fitness or flexibility as yoga is not about "touching your toes!" It works to keep your body strong and supple and your mind calm and balanced. The course will take you through common yoga postures, introduce Pranyama breathing techniques and simple meditation methods giving you a taster of the benefits of yoga for your physical, psychological and emotional well being.
